It’s home to England’s largest Grey Seal colony, which you’ll be able to see at close (but not too close!) proximity as they bask on the shingle as well as all kinds of ground-nesting birds including oystercatcher, avocet and tern.
The ultimate way to ensure that your next birthday, anniversary or cause for celebration is truly memorable – take a private and intimate RIB charter around the beautiful North Norfolk coast. Lose the crowds with a gentle cruise in and around Blakeney Point or take to the open seas for an exhilarating ride over the waves before stopping off at a sandbar or at the nature reserve, only accessible by boat.
This very special part of the coast is especially beautiful in the early morning. Head out of the creek as the sea mist lifts, past dozens of traditional wooden ‘Norfolk Oysters’. Once out to sea, take an invigorating blast along the coast towards Salthouse and Cley marshes, or towards Wells before heading back to harbour ready to enjoy the rest of the day.
Take to the water during golden hour – amazing lighting for photography and an opportunity to experience sunset over the water, from the water. As evening approaches, see the seals and birdlife for which this area is renowned settle down for the night and enjoy the peace and quiet with an intimate charter for two, or a select group of friends and family.

Everyone should try this boat ride - it was really, really fun! I went on the boat with my family, and we all enjoyed it. There were lots of seals on a small island we passed and when we went further out, we saw some swimming in the water next to us! Sometimes Ian went really fast which was fun but a little bit scary, in a good way though. I am really keen to do this boat trip again, I totally recommend it - it made my whole family’s holiday.aged 10
The family had a wonderful day out with Dogleg Charters. Ian as our skipper expertly guided us around the point, balancing the RIB's outstanding performance to combine comfort and finesse whilst providing a personable and knowledgeable commentary. I recommend this trip to anyone who wants a memorable experience at an affordable price.Justin Helicopter Pilot
